As a senior it is hard to find reliable, professional help. Eastern Hills provided excellent service at good rates and I have used them to paint my condo as well as for various handyman services. I like that they are punctual, courteous and clean up at the end of each day. I highly recommend their services.

Jason and Alex did excellent work both inside and outside the house. Alex replaced many of the fence posts as well some fence boards. Also put borders around the top and bottom of the fence giving it a much better finished look.

Great job!  The team was onsite for 8 days.  They arrived when they said, were professional, and most importantly in this crazy year, they followed Covid guidelines.  I felt safe with them in my home.

We liked the fact that Eastern Hills had carpenters who replaced all rotting wood and closed up an unused window.  What we at first thought was just a paint job, turned into a beautiful restoration.  The crew really delivered for us, all the while dodging my many plants in the garden and near the house.

They were also friendly, courteous, and very considerate of my terrified cats.  The extra bonus of having clean gutters and windows was icing on the cake.

Overall, the quality of the work performed was very good.  The onsite crew was always punctual and professional.  What really impressed me about this company was their responsiveness when I had called 11 months after the job was done regarding some issues we had with the work that had been completed.  Jay, who I met with, was very knowledgeable.  He took the time to explain to me what was going on, and how they would address the problems.

The crew doing the follow up work did a great job.   This experience changed my rating for this company from a low 4 stars to a solid 5 stars.

Highly recommend both Jason and Alex. They repaired my fence by replacing fence posts and new boards. Now fence posts are well in the ground and the fence is secure. Also did various jobs inside the house. No job is too small. They aim to satisfy the customer and are so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Very impressed with their caring attitude and will definitely hire them for future projects I may need done.

Wow what can I say about the work Jason and Alex did. They were great. They were able to do all the jobs that I needed to have done. They painted and patched walls. Installed new door handles throughout my entire home. The work they did in my daughters room was out of this world. I am so pleased with these two. I am so glad I chose Eastern Hills Renovations. I am retired and it was such a relief to have such excellent service and a quote less than I had anticipated. As a result, I already have a list of other renovation work I will be asking Eastern Hills Renovations to complete for me.

Alex was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great quality workmanship ensuring he cleaned up each day before he left. Alex located and fixed a water leak (coming in from my upstairs bedroom balcony) and repaired/painted the ceiling below that was affected. Alex also renovated my master bedroom closet by fixing a large shelf/pole that had fallen and installing an additional shelf/pole below, so that I now have double the space for hanging my clothes.

I called for an estimate and they wee here the next day.  We needed repainting of our house and the porch.  Alex did a full review of the exterior and determined that our house didn’t need a full paint job, just some minor work, but the porch was going to be a bigger task.

He recommended they fully strip the porch, and after sanding, apply multiple coats of stain to enhance the wood finish and protect it from weather, wear and tear.

Turned out great!  The painting was quick, the porch job was longer and more involved, but we are very pleased with the results.  We’ve already recommended Eastern Hills to our neighbours!
